Do I need to know where my domain is hosted?
No. The post-payment handover asks what you know. If you’re unsure, we’ll help identify it and walk you through the next step.
Do I need to send passwords through the form?
No. Never send passwords or payment details in the form. We’ll request access safely only after confirming the correct provider and owner.
What counts as an included change?
Content updates, photos, services, pricing and standard page changes are included. Work that needs a new system, paid software, photography, advertising or a substantial redesign is discussed first.
What if I want changes before the site goes live?
Add them in the handover form after checkout. The initial finishing pass is part of getting your site ready to launch.
